Account data: Your email address, name, and authentication tokens when you register or log in.
Dream data: The dream narratives, sleep quality ratings, dates, AI-generated analyses, symbols, emotions, visions, and horoscope readings you create. This is deeply personal content and is treated with extra care.
Usage data: Credit purchases, subscription status, feature usage logs, and XP progression data.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the app.
We use your data to provide core features: analyzing your dreams, generating dream visions, producing horoscopes, tracking patterns, and maintaining your journal. Your dream content is processed by our AI integration providers to generate interpretations and is stored in our database.
We use account and usage data to manage credits, subscriptions, gamification progress, and to prevent abuse. Technical data helps us maintain security and diagnose issues.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by our platform provider, Base44. Dream content is encrypted at rest using server-side encryption. Authentication is handled through industry-standard token-based sessions.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AI providers: We use AI integration services to generate dream analyses, visions, and horoscopes. Your dream text is sent to these providers for processing.
Payment processing: Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details; they are processed directly by Stripe.
Hosting and infrastructure: Our platform provider, Base44, hosts the application and database.
You can access, export, or delete your dream data at any time through the Profile page. You can reset all your data from within the app. You may also request data deletion by contacting us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Credit balances are valid for one year from purchase.
We retain your dream data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual dreams or reset all data at any time. When you delete data, it is removed from our active systems.
Freudium is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. The updated policy takes effect when posted.
