Freudium is intended for entertainment purposes only. The dream interpretations, horoscopes, insights, and analyses provided are AI-generated reflections, not professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The Service must not be used for diagnosis or treatment of any condition. If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.
You are responsible for the content you submit, including dream narratives and any other text you enter. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI providers to generate analyses and store the results for your use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure.
You may delete your content or reset your data at any time from the Profile page.
The Service uses a credit-based system. Free users receive a limited number of complimentary analyses. Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) provide unlimited access to AI features and a per-cycle credit grant. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until renewal.

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Freudium and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content (analyses, visions, horoscopes) is provided to you for personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analyses, visions, or horoscopes will be accurate, reliable, or meaningful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freudium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity creates legal or security risks. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these Terms remain in effect for provisions that by their nature should survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
